DIRECTIONS

By Car - From Yarmouth, take the Freshwater Road (A3054) over the Swing Bridge for 1½ miles. Turn right into Monks Lane at the staggered crossroads, soon after you start going down hill, for about ¾ mile. On entering the Cliff End Development, fork left then turn right immediately in front of The Fort.  You will find our bungalow on your right after about 120 yards. Park at the side of the Fort or in the adjacent car park.  Please do not park on the grassed areas as this could damage underground pipes, manholes, cables, etc.

By Bus - Catch any of the Freshwater/Totland buses (No’s 7, 7A or 42) from Yarmouth and alight ¼ mile past Golden Hill. Cross over the road into Monks Lane and proceed as above.

By Taxi - Taxis are available from the Quay side in Yarmouth.

On Foot - Via the Coastal Footpath. Walk westwards out of Yarmouth along the A3054, over the Swing Bridge and after about ¼ mile, turn right (as road bends left) to take you down to the foreshore. After another ¼ mile, the path turns inland on to a tarmac road. Turn right for about 100 yards then fork left and the path continues along the coast through the Victoria Country Park as the Coastal Footpath. After about ¾ mile you will come to Monks Lane. Turn right into the Cliff End Development and fork right for about 120 yards where you will find our bungalow on your left at the top of a bank. Alternatively, soon after you leave Fort Victoria Country Park, you will come to a kissing gate on your right. Go through this gate and you will find our bungalow almost straight ahead of you.
